I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, being within a leisurely 10-minute walk to the subway station in the heart of Shanghai. The hotel offers a range of quality services including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room itself was well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi kept me connected throughout my stay. The hotel also offered a range of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area.

Got complementary breakfast and gym access on arrival. The hotel's location is central, near restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean.
The room was outdated and needed renovation. The air conditioning was noisy and didn't cool the room well enough.
